I will be shadowing you with different grades of intensity for up to 4 weeks. You will have plenty of time for this professional guidance to give you the right tools in your weight loss journey, ensuring you achieve lasting results.

Take a picture of your meal and send it!
7 days: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks.
In whatever order you have them, send a picture of everything you drink and eat. I will count calories, advise on the best options and suggest practical changes in choices and timing.

Online Support
Pictures of your food, plus
1h Video call for 3 days, going through your day, your meals, your emotions, your choices and your Fridge!
How to improve, practical advice, step-by-step routine.

In Person Support
In-person meeting, pictures of the food, 2h in the evening at yours, for 3 days a week.
Same support as online, plus Meal preparation, time-saving nutrition tips, healthy shopping experience, and training program if required.

Smart Glasses
I will be coaching you thanks to a pair of Smart Glasses.
One full week.
Every evening, I will review your day, see what choices life puts in front of you, listen to your mood, and provide practical and on-the-spot advice.
We will do it together!

Shadow Mode
I am literally your shadow.
You need to get in shape for a wedding, the pool or a date?
I live with you* for 7 days, come to work with you*, "slap your hand when you want to eat the cookie", offer a better alternative, keep a journal, and teach you all you need to know to become independently wise when it comes to nutrition & how to respect your body.

​The closer I am to you, the surer we are that you achieve your goal; and with me, you -will- achieve it. This is a hardcore approach with space only for success.​​

​*We will arrange the best setup for me to be next to you in your own home, based on your availability and family situation.
Where close access to you is not possible, a pair of Smart Glasses can work as a real-time camera.
*We will discuss if and how I can enter your workplace, and what type of NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) I will sign according to your profession.

*Transport and extra expenses need to be covered.
